Good food, good drink, and good music! Dan & Faith will be joined by Mark Hastings for an evening of music at Savoury Lane in West Acton, MA. This is a great little restaurant that’s been wonderfully supportive of the local music scene. Music starts at 7PM, no cover (tips welcome).
We will be playing songs from our upcoming CD as well as a few covers. Mark has a wide repertoire of original and cover songs and is a master piano player. He can at one moment have you in stitches, and the next coax a tear from your eye.
We’ve collaborated before and likely will do so on some songs for this show.
We will be at the Pepperell farmer’s market on Saturday morning (October 2nd). This is a great and friendly market. We played their season opener in July and had a great time, though a wild rain storm set us scrambling to pack the gear during our second set. We’re looking forward to nice fall weather this time, and look forward to buying pumpkins and winter squash. Come on out and buy yours too, and enjoy some tunes while shopping.
